CREAMY PEA SAUCE 
2 tbsp. hot butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. frozen peas

In saucepan over medium heat, into 2 tablespoons hot butter, stir 2 tablespoons flour, and 1/2 teaspoon salt, until blended. Slowly stir in 1 1/2 cups milk. cook until thickened; stir in 1 cup frozen peas. Heat through.
