RUBY'S COBBLER 
COBBLER DOUGH:

2 tbsp. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

FRUIT INGREDIENTS:

2 c. fruit (drain if canned)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water or juice from can

You may use fresh or canned fruit.

Mix cobbler dough, pour in baking dish. Mix fruit ingredients and pour over dough. Bake 30 minutes or until crust is brown on top.
