VERY EASY CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
5 tbsp. sugar
Butter

Mix and press into pan. Instead of the above I buy an extra large graham cracker crust.

FILLING:

4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together on low speed. Fill crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate.
