EASY CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping

Beat cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish as desired.
