EASY CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 pkgs. graham crackers, crushed
1/3 c. melted butter

Soften cream cheese, add sugar and mix. Then add sour cream, vanilla and Cool Whip. Mix all together. Spread over graham cracker crust.

CRUST:

Mix graham crackers and melted butter, press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate.
