2 c. crushed shortbread cookies
1/2 c. melted butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Mix cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.

2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

3. Mix crushed shortbread cookies and melted butter together and press into springform pan.

4. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave for one additional hour - no longer.
