EASY MINI CHEESE CAKES 
1 lb. cream cheese (softened)
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers (vanilla wafer cookies)
1 can cherry pie filling

1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees.

2. Cream together softened cream cheese with sugar.

3. Mix in eggs and vanilla.

4. Line 24 cupcake tins with paper liners.

5. Place 24 vanilla wafers into bottom of liners.

6. Spoon cream cheese mixture into tins. Fill up to 3/4 full. Bake 10 minutes. Cool then cover with cherry pie filling. Chill before eating. Enjoy!!!
