28 to 30 vanilla wafers
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon flavor extract
1 can cherry and/or blueberry pie filling

Mix cheese, eggs, sugar and lemon flavor. Place 1 wafer in lined pan. Spoon small amount in each cup to cover cookie. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 350 degrees. Cool and cover with cherry (or blueberry) pie filling and chill. Do not freeze.
