CHEESECAKE COOKIES 
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. flour
2/3 c. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix first three ingredients in bowl. Stir in butter and mix until crumbly. Reserve 2 cups of mixture. Press remainder in 13x9x2 pan. Bake 350 degrees 15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs, lemon juice, milk and vanilla, beating thoroughly. Pour into baked crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake 350 degrees 25 minutes. Cool before cutting.
