CHOCOLATE COOKIE CHEESE CAKE 
3 c. crushed Oreo cookies
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
4 eggs
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
3 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Mix 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreos and butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour into 10" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually adding 1 1/4 cups sugar; beat well. Add 1/3 whipping cream, flour and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well. Pour 1/3 batter into pan. Top with remainder of crushed cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and spread evenly on cheese cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 minute. Remove and cool completely. Combine 1/4 cup whipping cream and chocolate pieces; melt over low heat, add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over cake and refrigerate. Yield: 12 to 14 servings.
