CRUST: 2 c. crushed graham crackers 1/2 c. melted butter 2 1/2 tsp. brown sugar Crush graham crackers; add melted butter and brown sugar. Press firmly into bottom and sides of springform pan. Refrigerate until ready to use. FILLING: 1 1/2 lb. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs Whipped cream Lemon twist Mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth and soft. Add lemon juice, vanilla, and eggs; mix well. Pour into prepared crust and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn off heat. Leave in oven until cool. Top with whipped cream and several twists of lemon peel. |
