WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS 
2 pkg. yeast
2 c. lukewarm water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted shortening
3 c. white flour (bread)
3 c. whole wheat flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt, sugar, eggs and shortening. Beat well. Add flour (white first) 1 cup at a time and mix after each addition. Place in lightly greased bowl and cover lightly. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. Shape rolls and place in greased pan. Cover and let rise until double. Bake 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees.
