HOT BUTTERED RED SPREAD 
8 oz. whole cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. orange zest

In small saucepan over low heat. Stir cranberry sauce and sugar until sauce melts, about 5 minutes. Add butter, stirring constantly until well blended and heated through. Serve at once. Makes 1 cup. Use on biscuits, waffles, pancakes, toast or topping for ice cream. Refrigerate what is left and reheat to use again.
