LILLI'S HOT BUTTERED RUM 
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1/2 lb. brown sugar
1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 lb. butter
Rum

Let ice cream and butter soften about 1/2 hour. Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate. When you're ready for a hot buttered rum, mix 2 tablespoons mixture with a cup of hot water and a shot of rum.

(Great for Christmas gifts in decorative containers.)
