CHEWY CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 c. Hershey cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar in large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla; blend well. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt into creamed mixture. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. (Do not over bake. Cookies will be soft. They will puff during baking, flatten upon cooling.) Cool on sheet 1 minute, then remove. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
