CHEWY COCONUT-CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. shredded coconut (8 oz.)
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat milk, cocoa and butter until smooth, but do not boil. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Drop on buttered cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
