GREEN BEEF ENCHILADAS 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can green chilies
1 sm. jar pimientos
1 sm. can milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 dozen corn tortillas

Heat soup, milk and Velveeta until cheese melts. Add chilies and pimientos. Brown meat, drain and add cheese and onion. Put meat mixture in tortillas and roll up. Place seam down in a long baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over them and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
