GREEN BEEF ENCHILADAS 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. canned milk
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. flour tortillas

SAUCE: Melt Velveeta cheese in microwave. Add soup, tomatoes and canned milk.

Brown beef, add onion and Cheddar cheese. Roll meat mixture in tortillas. Place in casserole dish. Cover with sauce and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until good and hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
