BACON RICE 
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 c. uncooked reg. rice
1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth, undiluted
3/4 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 beef-flavored bouillon cube
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

Saute onion in a little butter 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Coat a 1 1/2 quart casserole with cooking spray; add rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
