RICE AND BACON SALAD 
1 pkg. cooked Royal Blend rice
2 carrots, peeled & sliced
1 c. broccoli
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine rice, carrots, broccoli and half the bacon in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients except bacon and pour over rice mixture and toss lightly. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with the remaining bacon. Serves 4.
