SHARON'S CARROT BARS 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c.flour
3 (4 1/2 oz.) jars strained baby food carrots

Beat eggs; add other ingredients in order. Mix well. Pour into ungreased 12 x 18 inch sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes or until tests done. Frost.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. cream or milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
About 2 c. confectioners sugar

Beat together cream cheese, cream, vanilla and butter until smooth. Add sugar, using enough for desired spreading consistency.
