VEGETABLE FRIED RICE 
2 tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 c. thin sliced green onions
1 c. bean sprouts
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 c. cold cooked rice
black pepper

Heat oil in uncovered wok at 350 degrees. Add salt and eggs. Scramble quickly, breaking into small pieces with spatula. Add onions and stir fry 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts. Stir fry 1 minute. Add soy sauce, rice and pepper.
