MARGO'S MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 bunch broccoli
2 or 3 carrots
Fresh mushrooms, whole
1 head cauliflower
1 can black pitted olives

Cut up first 3 ingredients and toss together. Mix: 1 tbsp. garlic salt 1 1/2 c. oil 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. basil 1 tbsp. dill

Pour dressing over vegetables and toss. let vegetables marinate at least 24 hours. Add olives and mushrooms at last minute before serving. Toss together.
