MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli, cut in bite size pieces
1 head cauliflower, cut in bite size pieces
1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
1 red pepper, cut in strips
1 bunch green onions, cut up
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. carrots, fresh, cut in Julienne strips
1 can ripe olives

Mix: 1 lg. bottle Italian salad dressing

Pour over salad and marinate overnight. Makes a large batch. Keeps well.
