2 c. sugar
1 c. butter or Crisco
1 c. sour milk
4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop with spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool and frost with icing.

ORANGE ICING:

1 tbsp. orange rind
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
