CATHEDRAL WINDOWS 
1 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
3 c. sm. colored marshmallows
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Coconut

Melt chips and butter in double boiler. Beat 1 egg and add to the chocolate mixture, stir in marshmallow and nuts. Stir until well coated. Spread coconut on 2 pieces of waxed paper. Pour half of mixture on each sheet. Roll as for jelly roll. Chill in waxed paper about 1 hour or until set. Slice and store in a tin can. Yield: 3 dozen cookies.
