BLUEBERRY FRITTERS 
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 sm. cans blueberries

Mix in same bowl the eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and milk. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until just combined. Drop by spoonfuls in large pan with cooking oil heated to 270 degrees. When golden brown, remove and drain on paper towel. Serves 6 to 8.
