CHINA PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
2 sliced green peppers
2 tomatoes, quartered
4 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. bean sprouts
1/4 c. peanut oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 minced clove garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water

Slice steak thinly in short cross wise pieces. Heat oil in skillet, add garlic, salt and pepper. Add beef and brown on both sides. Add soy sauce and sugar. Cover, simmer for 5 minutes. Add rinsed sprouts, tomatoes and green peppers. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir in. Stir until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with onions. Serve on rice.
