CHINA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 med. bell pepper
1 (14 oz.) can whole kernel corn
3 c. prepared cream potatoes
Garlic powder to taste
Salt
Pepper

Fry down ground beef, onion, and pepper. Drain grease from meat. Drain can of corn. Prepare cream potatoes. In casserole dish, layer ground beef on bottom; spread drained corn over meat. Finish by spreading cream potatoes over corn. Cook in oven on 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until potatoes start to brown on top.
