1 med. onion, diced
1 med. pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. salad dressing
Salt and celery seed to taste

BOILED DRESSING:

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt

Bring to a boil, then pour over potatoes.
