ELEGANT PORK CHOPS 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Place package of rice in 9x13 pan. Add spices that are in package to the 3 cans of soup. Mix with onion, green pepper and water. Pour 1/3 of mixture over rice in pan.

Place uncooked pork chops on rice mixture and top with remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. (Deboned chicken breasts may be substituted for pork chops.)
