PORK CHOPS OR CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 med. onion, minced
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can mushrooms and juice
1 c. rice (or wild Rice-A-Roni mix) plus 1 c. water

Brown 6 chops or chicken pieces in 2 tablespoons butter; season to taste. 1 c. milk

Mix vegetables, seasonings, mushrooms, and rice mix. Turn into buttered 10 x 13 inch pan. Put browned meat on top. Combine soup and milk; pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
