RICE WITH CHICKEN BREAST OR PORK
CHOPS
 
6 chicken breasts or pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute)
2 cans bouillon or broth
1/2 c. Wishbone

Brown chicken or pork chops in small amount of oil (seasoned). Place raw rice in baking casserole 13 x 9 inches or larger. Pour over 1 can of bouillon. Place chops or chicken on top of rice, add Wishbone and other can of bouillon. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees from 1 hour or until all liquid is absorbed.
