PORK CHOPS & RICE 
4 pork chops, browned
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cut up celery
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms with juice
1 c. wild & long grain rice or all wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk

Mix together everything except rice and saute until vegetables are tender. Then add rice. Pour into a baking dish or cake pan. Put chops on top of rice. Then pour soup and mil that has been mixed over top. Cover and bake 1 hour.
