PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 3/4" thick pork chops
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. wild rice
2 tbsp. drippings
1 med. onion, minced
1 green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
4 oz. mushrooms with juice
1 c. milk

Mix vegetables, seasonings, mushrooms and cooked rice; place in buttered casserole dish. Brown chops on both sides; season and arrange on rice. Mix undiluted soup and milk; pour over chops. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
