ORANGE CREAM CHEESE SALAD LOAF 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello (orange or lime)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold orange juice
Ice cubes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Arrange orange sections in 9"x5" loaf pan. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Combine juice and ice cubes to make 2 1/2 cups. Add to Jello and stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Measure 1 cup of Jello and blend with softened cream cheese. Pour remaining Jello over oranges. Top with creamy mixture. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
