PIRATE'S HOUSE ORANGE - CREAM
CHEESE - PECAN DRESSING
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (6 oz.) can concentrated orange juice, thawed (not diluted)
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add orange juice, milk, sugar and salt; beat until smooth. Stir in pecans. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight to blend flavors. Remove from refrigerator an hour before serving to soften. Use on fruit salad.
