3 c. frozen mixed vegetables 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 tbsp. milk NOTE: You can do this with any vegetable. Cook mixed vegetables according to directions on package; drain. Stir in cream cheese and milk; heat slowly until cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 4-6. | |
