POTASSIUM BROTH 
1 bunch asparagus
1 bunch parsley
6 lg. carrots
6 beets & tops
3 onions
3-4 qt. water
1 bunch celery
1 lb. green beans
6 potatoes, peelings only
1 lb. cabbage

Peel potatoes, using peelings only and cut other vegetables fine. Place in large kettle, cover. Place over low heat and allow to simmer 4 hours. Allow to cool. Drain, add 1 can of tomato juice and serve broth only.
