BROCCOLI - BACON - RAISIN SALAD 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. hulled sunflower seeds
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 lb. bacon fried crisp, drained and crumbled

Wash, drain, and cut broccoli into flowerettes. Combine salad ingredients together in large mixing bowl; set aside. Combine dressing ingredients.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar

Stir to blend. Serve chilled. Yield 12 servings.
