CORN PUDDING 
16 oz. can cream style corn
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
2 eggs, beat slightly
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat butter in pan reserving small amount for top of casserole. Mix all together and pour reserved butter on top. Use casserole dish or pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Bake uncovered about 45 minutes.
