HOT BACON DRESSING FOR SPINACH
SALAD
 
4-5 slices bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Paprika

Fry bacon crisp, remove from pan. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring until mixture boils. Pour over salad, add salad bits and toss. Serve.
