BEER-CHEESE TRIANGLES 
2 c. packaged biscuit mix
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. beer

Mix shredded cheese and biscuit mix together in a bowl. Make a well in the center; add beer all at once. Stir just until mixture clings together. Knead gently on a lightly floured surface for 5 strokes. Roll, or pat dough into a 6 inch circle. Cut into 10 wedges. Bake in a greased baking sheet at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
