BACON - CHEESE POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes, scrubbed & sliced with skin on
1 lg. onion, sliced, separate rings
Salt & pepper to taste
2/3 c. butter
6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
8 oz. pkg. American cheese slices, cut into triangle halves

Place potato slices in bottom of 13 x 9 inch greased baking dish. Cover with onion slices. Season with salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Sprinkle bacon over top. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high about 12 minutes until potatoes are tender. Stir cover with cheese triangles. Cook 5 additional minutes until cheese melts. Yield 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
