BLUE CHEESE BALLS 
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 1/4-3 1/2 oz. blue cheese
1 1/4 oz. (1 triangle) Roquefort cheese
1 tbsp. green pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Soften cheese to room temperature. Mix all ingredients together with fingers. Mold into balls. Roll in 1/2 cup nuts. Refrigerate.
