BLUE CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. Blue cheese
1/2 stick soft butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. ground pecans

Let cheeses and butter come to room temperature. Combine and add remaining ingredients except ground pecans. Form cheeses into 1 large ball or 2 small balls and roll in ground pecans. Can be frozen. Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving.
