BLUE CHEESE BALL (MILD) 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 jar (each) of Roka Bleu cheese, Old English sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives (optional)
1 scallion, finely chopped
1 c. chopped nuts (reserve half for rolling ball in)
Fresh parsley, chopped (to roll ball in)

Mix and refrigerate overnight in a Saran-wrapped lined bowl (easier to handle and make into a ball). Roll in nuts and parsley when ready to serve.
