Tony's Cachere Seasoning
Square baking dish

Wash fryer and remove innards. Generously season all sides of the chicken with the Tony's. Open the can of Coke and remove 1/3 of the soda. Sit the can in the center of the baking dish and sit the chicken on the can, with the can INSIDE the opening on the bottom of the chicken. Chicken should slide over can and rest on baking dish and stand upright. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 1:15 to 1:30 minutes or until done. Cool and carve.
