4 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 (10 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp[. vanilla

Cream shortening and sugars together. Add eggs, beat well. Add flour and soda, mix well (no sifting necessary). Add drained pineapple, mixing until mixture is moistened. Finally, mix in nuts and vanilla.
