CHICKEN/BEEF MEAT SUBSTITUTE 
3 tbsp. gluten flour or instant gluten
3 tbsp. soy flour
3 tbsp. unflavored TVP
3 tbsp. nut meal
3 tbsp. beef or chicken style seasoning
2 tbsp. nut meal
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
2 med. egg whites
1/2 to 3/4 c. water, as needed for thick dough

Mix and form into a ball. Steam for approximately 45 minutes. Slice and serve. Use as a meat substitute in dishes, sandwiches, etc.
